Founded in the early 1940s[1] this restaurant was chosen by Amanda Waller for a meeting with Admiral Olsen and Dexter Tolliver. Here she proposed the formation of Task Force X, but without success.[2]

- In DC Comics Cicada is an architect and preacher who gained the ability to absorb the life-force of others, extending his lifespan for almost a century. He became a recurring enemy of Flash.
