David Ayer (born January 18, 1968) is an American director, producer, and screenwriter. He directed Suicide Squad.
He also served as an executive producer on Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn).
He also portrayed Alan Dixon in the Extended Cut of Suicide Squad.[1]
He was also slated to direct Gotham City Sirens.
He also wrote the preface for the book Suicide Squad: Behind the Scenes with the Worst Heroes Ever.
He was interviewed for the documentaries Squad Strengths and Skills and Task Force X: One Team, One Mission.
