John Stewart is a former sniper from the Marines and a member of the Green Lantern Corps.[1] Stewart is an ally of veteran Lantern Hal Jordan.

Prior to joining the Green Lantern Corps, John Stewart was a sniper in the United States Marine Corps.

- Green Ring-Bearer: John Stewart is able to harness a unique energy field by utilizing a specialized ring given to him as a conduit. However, Stewart's ring is only capable of being active for a finite amount of time and needs to be 'recharged' after expending large amounts of energy.
