During a meeting with in the Pentagon, Amanda Waller had attempted to convince a military committe to allow her to form Task Force X and did so by demonstrating the power of Metahumans. She did this by having Dr. June Moone transform into the Enchantress and she then teleported to Tehran where she snuck into the nuclear vaults and stole documents about Iran's nuclear arsenal and brought back to the Pentagon.
